Job Description:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Infrastucture Engineering
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in urban or infrastructure planning for sizeable projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in urban planning software and tools. Knowledge of local and international standards is advantageous.
• Develop and execute innovative urban plans, zoning proposals, and land-use policies.
• Design and analyze infrastructure systems for large-scale housing projects, including transportation networks and utility services (both overhead and underground).
• Conduct environmental impact assessments, feasibility studies, and site analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including public officials, private developers, and community organizations.
• Create detailed reports, maps, and presentations to support planning recommendations.
• Incorporate green infrastructure, housing diversity, and sustainable transport solutions into urban designs.
• Engage with the public through consultations and workshops to gather input and foster collaboration.
