Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certification in Mechanical Drafting
• 5+ years of experience in plumbing drafting for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Must have proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of plumbing layouts, schematics, and coordination with other MEP services.
• Knowledge of international plumbing standards and local regulations will be a plus.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and convert them into detailed technical drafts.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Description:

• Prepare accurate plumbing layouts, schematics, and shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure design integration.
• Update and revise drawings as per design modifications and site requirements.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and technical documentation.
• Maintain organized records of all design files and drawing revisions.
• Provide technical support to the project team by ensuring clear and precise drawings.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings and reports through official communication channels.
