Lead Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Type: Full-time
Qualifications:
- MS/BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, MS Degree preferrable.
- 15+ years of local and international work experience.
Job Description:
- Great management skills within team in resolving technical issues and providing guidance.
- Develop HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Suppression design documents from concept to construction for new and renovated.
- Develop construction cost estimates
- Develop Life Cycle Cost Analysis during conceptual design to evaluate various HVAC systems
- Perform analysis and calculations for facility HVAC and Plumbing designs
- Perform studies for HVAC and Plumbing systems, evaluations, findings, develop solutions
- Oversight of the activities of designers and drafters engaged in the design of facility systems
- Provide technical quality reviews and ensure adherence to Quality Control processes, Codes and Standards
- Coordinate work between multiple project disciplines
- Experience in delivering project using AUTOCAD, BIM and Revit MEP.
