Mechanical Engineer - Fit-out Projects, Lahore

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team for industrial and warehouse projects.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in mechanical works for high-end fit-out projects, including corporate offices, commercial spaces, and interior fit-outs
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems for fit-out works
• Proficiency in mechanical drawing interpretation, shop drawings, and coordination drawings
• Experience in site execution, installation practices, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems
• Ability to review specifications, BOQs, and material submittals
• Strong coordination skills with architectural, electrical, and interior design teams to resolve site-related issues
• Experience in project planning, progress monitoring, QA/QC procedures, and handing over processes
• Knowledge of local codes, international standards, and fit-out industry best practices
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

• 10+ years of experience
