Quantity Surveyor - Lahore

Location: Industrial Project Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have experience working with multinational firms and demonstrate strong capabilities in cost management, estimation, and contract administration.

Qualification:

  • DAE or B.Tech (Civil or relevant discipline)

Key Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in quantity surveying for industrial buildings and warehouse projects
  • Proficient in BOQ preparation, cost planning, and contract management
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and estimation software
  • Experience working with multinational firms
  • Good understanding of contracts and can mange multiple contractors
  • Ability to manage variations, claims, and cost control effectively
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
  • Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs
  • Manage project costs, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and interim payments (IPC)
  • Assist in contract administration and procurement processes
  • Monitor project progress against cost plans and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements

Experience:

  • Relevant professional experience in quantity surveying (preferred in a multinational environment)
