Job Description:

• Must have an MS or BS Degree in Architecture.
• At least 10 years of experience in High Rise Buildings, industrial facilities, Facade/Elevations, and Big Projects
• Great management skills within the team in resolving technical issues and providing guidance.
• Team leading and management skills to expedite work & meet client requirements within time.
• Translation of all client requirements into feasible design solutions.
• Good coordination skills within the team, along with other departments. 
• Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope involved.
• Work closely within the team of other departments, such as building service engineers, construction engineers & quantity surveyors.
• Good architectural vocabulary and communication skills for client presentations.
• Able to work independently and as a team member to deliver projects within time.

• Expertise in timely reporting to seniors & all concerns by official email and other reporting mediums.
• Computer Knowledge: MS Project, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, SketchUp, Photoshop, 3D Max, AutoCAD & REVIT.
