Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or MRICS; minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Computer Knowledge of different applications including MS Outlook, Word, Excel etc.

Job Description:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Good coordination skills within team along with another department. 
• Proficient working knowledge of large Civil, commercial, residential, industrial & structures projects.
• Good knowledge of pre & post contracts, financial reports, budgeting and cash flow analyses. 
• Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
• Perform risk, value management and cost control. 
• Work closely with a team of other professionals such as architectural, building service engineers & construction engineers.
• Expertise in timely reporting to seniors & all concerns by official email and other reporting mediums.
