Qualifications:

• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• 8+ years of local or international work experience.
• Great management skills within team in resolving technical issues and providing guidance. 
• Team leading and management skills to expedite work & meeting client requirement within time. 
• Proficient working knowledge of large Civil, commercial, administrative, residential, and industrial structures projects, & high-rise buildings projects.
• Computer Knowledge of different applications, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, ELITE/HAP, AutoCAD & Revit MEP.

Job Description:

• Work closely with the client/contractor to ensure required tools are available for projects and working properly.
• Expertise in timely reporting to seniors & all concerns by official email and other reporting mediums.  
• Work closely with a team of other professionals, such as architects, building service engineers, construction engineers & quantity surveyors.
