Job Description:

• Detail oriented with strong safety background.
• Knowledge of American & British codes & standards.
• Strong management skills & able to lead/manage numbers of site staff.
• Experience in site supervision & consulting experience.
• Conduct team meetings and provide technical guidance to expedite progress.
• Brilliant ability in reports writing, official email correspondence etc.
• Strong knowledge of cost management & strong construction coordination knowledge.
• Knowledge of FIDIC and contract documentations.
• Knowledge in all construction disciplines with the knowledge of “HOW TO’.

Qualifications:

• Masters/Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural or Architectural.
• Computer Knowledge MS Project, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, BIM & Revit.
• Must have 10+ years of Experience.
