Resident Engineer (Fit-Out & Interior Projects) | Lahore

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for an experienced and driven Resident Engineer to join our team for industrial and warehouse projects.

Qualification:

  • BS Civil Engineering.
  • MS Engineering & PMP certification will be considered a valuable asset

Key Requirements:

  • Lead and supervise fit-out and interior construction activities from project initiation through completion.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor construction progress, workmanship quality and compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Oversee civil, architectural finishes and MEP works to ensure successful project integration.
  • Drive project execution in line with approved schedules, budgets and HSE requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to address technical and site-related challenges.
  • Review contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality, safety and contractual obligations.
  • Can brief progress to management and clients.
  • Lead project teams to achieve project objectives and milestones.

Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience
